"I went to see Steve with what I thought was an impossible task... Not only to lose weight but to lose muscles too. For my work as a Stunt Performer I have to look as similar to the actress I am doubling as possible, and as I have done sports my whole life trying to look super skinny just isn't what my body is supposed to look like. I tend to gain muscle easily because of my background in sports such as gymnastics and as Steve mentioned in part my genetics. I thought the only way to do it was by starving myself, but apart from being impossible and very unhealthy it was counter-productive as I need lots of energy for my job which is very physically demanding.

Steve pointed out things that were leading to fat gain in my diet and lifestyle that I would never have known about or considered in a million years, things not even related to food which surprised me. By following the nutrition and training plan Steve set out for me which was very specific to my goals and body type, I was able to lose body fat and even muscles (which I honestly thought was impossible) all while having enough energy to work. He is so supportive and encouraging. He is like an encyclopaedia of weight loss and healthy living. I have gained so much knowledge about food and diets from him as any questions I have however random he can always answer them."

"As a stunt performer for film and television, I was also very fortunate to play for the NEC Harlequins and England U-19’s which made me think i had quite a good understanding of nutrition. During filming on Snow White and the Huntsman I was told all about Steve and how this diet was making such a big difference to so many not only physically but especially mentally. I was immediately interested as i thought i could do with the extra energy boost to help with the long hours and the run of the film. It was amazing to hear just how knowledgeable Steve was. What I thought were unimportant symptoms were major signs of Gluten and Dairy intolerance which were addressed.

It was then that I realised how little I knew about nutrition and how grateful I was to have been put in touch with Steve. After only a couple of weeks the difference was INCREDIBLE, not only was I feeling a lot more energised, my mood had completely changed giving the feeling that nothing was too much to handle and as a bonus I dropped 4kgs of body fat within the 3rd week. I started the diet at 87kgs with an approx body fat of 14% and am now a much leaner 83kgs with a 10% body fat. If you are after “healthy” fast results and care about your health I honestly don’t have enough good to say about my experience with Steve."

"I started working with Steve , because I was experiencing inconsistent energy levels at during our long days in the film and TV industry, I was also putting on fat very quickly and not being able to lose it. My first session with Steve I weighed 89.4kg and my overall body fat percentage was 20.2%. Steve helped me completely change my eating and training patterns, and accommodated the nature of my work in his recommendations.

Within 12 weeks I lost 6kg, gained 2.5kg of muscle mass and my body fat had dropped to 11.2%. My energy is now very consistent and my mental focus has improved. He also gave me a food protocol and supplement protocol to help me recover after training sessions. Working with Steve has definitely been the best decision I have made all year, and it made me understand how important nutrition is both towards my health and achieving training goals."

"After quitting smoking, like most, I started to put on weight. I was overeating to curb my cravings, this coupled with a lack of motivation with my training (which ultimately meant I had stopped going) led to me putting on 2 stone in weight. When I saw a picture of myself on holiday, I knew I had to act, as I 6 months to get in shape for my wedding day. Not only did I not look how I wanted, but I felt tired and run down, which was adding to my wedding stress.

Nikki set about correcting my nutrition and gave me a plan that was workable into my daily routine. "I initially hired a Personal Trainer as I wanted to not only tone up but also learn how to eat better and have a greater knowledge of training. I was finding that working out alone was not optimal as I didn’t have enough knowledge about training and because of this I was not progressing, I was simply going through the motions. Getting a PT was a way to learn more, and gain that extra bit of motivation to understand how to train properly and make the most of my time in the gym. I went to see a few PTs who had been advised to me by friends; but Nikki was the only one who really impressed me in terms of really stretching me to my upmost ability, his courtesy and professionalism.

Initially I wanted more strength and toning up. I wanted to understand how to train and what to eat and why. In the first weeks, all of my body was aching constantly, Nikki made me do some workouts which really pushed me; but in the limits of what I could achieve. After 16 weeks of training with Nikki I feel fitter, I know about how to exercise and what to eat and I feel my body looks much fitter and toned now. "I started Personal Training with Steve about 18 month's ago. I have long been into trekking and scrambling but, working in an office as a solicitor all day, I was conscious that I lacked some of the upper body strength needed for some scrambling and climbing. I also had a trip up Kilimanjaro planned which needed lower body strength for a long climb and cardiovascular training for the altitude. Steve designed an all round program which worked on these things and combined it with dietary advice to achieve my goals. When it came to it I found Kilimanjaro relatively easy thanks to Steve's training.

Spurred on, this year I climbed Mount Toubkal in the Atlas Mountains in the winter. The combination of deep snow, low temperatures and big altitude gains (1500 m in a day) made this a much more challenging endeavour. Thanks again to my on-going personal training with Steve I was able to achieve my goals. Steve's program fit around my work demands and he provided an encouraging and supportive atmosphere for me. I have no doubt that without Steve's help I would have been unable to manage my recent treks."

"I met Steve just over a year ago and it's really since that I got really healthy. Before that I did train but my diet was poor. Like many others i was trying fad diets and believed that ‘low fat’ foods were good for me. He taught me a lot about nutrition and it helped me to be consistent with my food and control my cravings. As for training, Steve develops exercise programme tailored for my needs. Each programme changes every 4 weeks which makes training more effective and fun.

I am also a mother of two small children (aged two and four) and sometimes it is difficult to find time to train. "After eating certain types of foods I would become very lethargic, I knew that my gut health and diet needed some attention. I went to see Steve after a conversation with a friend who went to see him also. I discovered that I had some of the same symptoms as her and therefore should invest some time into exploring my gut health. Steve was very professional and succinct. I found that I had hypoglycaemia tendencies, which resulted in a total change into the way I ate and thought about food. He helped me plan meals, gave me ideas for meals and educated me into what types of foods would maintain my blood sugar levels and would be complimentary to my condition.

"I started personal training with Nikki unfit, overweight and with a bad back after six months of no exercise following the birth of my son. That was three and a half years ago. In that time I've become so much stronger, leaner and fitter, and have had almost no issues with my back.

The training regimes change every few weeks and there are new exercises even after all this time. I also started on the Biosignature Modulation course and related diet about 8 months ago, and the results have been incredible. I was pretty sceptical but I've been proven completely wrong. To be clear I've changed my diet, I'm not on one - but I've lost about 6kg and about 7 percent body fat I didn't know I had to lose.
