What is Personal Training?
Our personal training in Shoreditch is designed to get you to where you want to be. It is fun, motivating and we will provide support every step of the way.
At Body Solutions London we begin by talking to you about your goals. What exactly is it that you want to achieve? Maybe you want to get in shape for a wedding or a holiday or perhaps you want to keep up with the kids when playing football in the back garden? We will help you set clear, defined and measurable goals which will dramatically improve your chance of success.
What to expect from Training with us
First we’ll discuss your lifestyle and nutritional habits, test how you move, your base level of strength and take a range of measurements so that we can identify your starting point. From there we'll create a fully individualised training and nutrition plan that is 100% tailored towards YOU.
All aspects of personal training with us are planned meticulously to ensure that you get the results you want. We will teach you a whole new way of thinking that will lead to a lifestyle change, rather than forever struggling on a faddy diet. This is something that we want you to take with you long after you have finished training with us. We'll provide you with the knowledge to understand what you are doing, why you are doing it and how to maintain great shape for years to come.
Who can benefit from a Personal Trainer?
Almost anyone can benefit from having a personal trainer - some more so than others. If you are likely to benefit, you’ll tick a couple of these boxes:
- You want to lose weight
- You have struggled to lose weight in the past
- You do not understand what the best way to exercise is
- You do not know what you should be eating, or how much or when
- You lack direction
- You want to feel better as well as get in shape
- You feel your health is in jeopardy
- You want to change your lifestyle for the better
How often will you need to see a trainer?
This depends, but most people can get in great shape training 3-4 times per week. Most of our clients will train with us 1-4 times per week. If you can’t get to us for all of your training sessions then don’t worry, I’ll write you a program that you can do in your local gym or at home as well.
Most people will train with me until they are in shape and are confident to then carry on exercising by themselves. It could be 3 months or longer, but will depend on you.
I don’t believe in tying people in to long-term deals. For that reason all of my clients are on 1 month rolling contracts.

Nikki is co-owner of Body Solutions London and a highly sought after Personal Trainer in Shoreditch.
Within my career I have worked with a broad range of clients, always gaining exemplary results. I take pride in being able to get the best out of anyone and I’m always seeking to improve my client’s physique, health and lifestyle.
I have travelled the world to learn from the best strength coaches and nutritionists and see personal education and development as a priority in order to get the best results I can with my clients. I have a degree in Sports Science and am educated to National Level 3 on the PICP Strength and Conditioning program, one of the most sought after qualifications in the industry.
I provide highly motivational techniques and passion when delivering my training sessions. I love to see clients surpass their own expectations of what they perceive as possible.

Our Personal Training Facilities
The 5000 square foot studio is kitted out with all the latest strength and conditioning equipment you would expect to see from an exclusive private gym. With 3 squat racks, dumbbells that go up to 50kg, a myriad of bars and attachments, cable machines and benches, the gym is set up for one thing and one thing only, getting results!
To top it off there is a 20 metre track inside for sprints and strong man training, as well as a range of equipment for interval training. All the necessary comforts such as showers and free towels are taken care of, to ensure that you can train in and around your hectic work schedule. The gym is set up exclusively to get results within the framework of your busy life.
Personal Training starts at just £80 per week and includes:
- A trainer with 14 years experience in the fitness industry, who has helped hundreds of people achieve their goals and conducted approximately 10,000 Personal Training sessions.
- A training plan to follow by yourself, either in your local gym or at home.
- A nutrition plan that is unique to you. We cater for your tastes and goals.
- My full support. Call, email or even message me on Whatsapp if you like, asking me any question you have.
- A personal trainer who won’t make you eat boring salads and chicken all day.
- A trainer who believes in moderation. Drinking wine and eating chocolate is OK you know!
