Nikki is a fantastic trainer, and I thoroughly recommend him to anyone considering online or in person training. I lost 12 pounds through training with Nikki and the best thing is that Nikki helped me find ways to be more active in life generally and to carve out time for fitness in a flexible way. He is also great with ideas on nutrition and his approach is tailored to you as an individual. He is very wise and a complete professional and all round great person!
This group has changed everything for me, and Nikki has been the guide that has really changed my life. Nikki is empathetic, expert and most of all amazingly effective. If you are nervous at all about taking on a coach you needn't be, because he will help you reach your goals without breaking you, shouting at you or making you feel awful. In fact, it will be totally positive and he will also introduce you to a new community of people doing the same thing as you, to share ideas and stories. Could not recommend more highly!
I completed a six week programme with Nikki and lost 11lb. Nikki was encouraging and realistic, the plan is easy to follow, simple food, exercise to complete at home, no fuss and fits in to a busy life. I've lost weight many times before but never in such a sensible non restrictive way that I've been able to maintain.
